Fox + Toad grew from a love of making things by hand, baking, collecting + repurposing old things, film, books, and pen to paper.
Simple happiness found in hand written letters, bookstores, maps, local farmer's markets, vintage finds, thrift stores and flea markets, small town Main Streets, old houses, vintage roses, genealogy, and old photos.
A studio with a mixture of hand made journals, block printing, bookbinding, hand stitching, and sewing.

The online shop will be stocked monthly with handmade journals, paper goods, and sewn goods (and occasionally vintage finds and used books). Goods that we hope create space to observe and celebrate life while capturing the stories of nature, family, and home.

ETHOS | we strive to live and work in harmony with nature... to "Live gently upon the Earth" at home and as a company. Nature has always been where I have felt the deepest connection... There is a magic in the trees and the birds that sparks a deep happiness. I believe if we watch them closely they tell the stories of the seasons, the weather, and a deeper connectedness. I like to think they hold the secrets of the Earth and I have loved them for as long as I can remember.
